Christine Husar-Anderson

Vice President | Operations Manager | Award-Winning Jewelry Designer

Christine started with Lyle Husar Designs in 1990 and currently serves as the Vice President and Operations Manager. She is part of the second generation of the Husar family. She attended the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and University of Wisconsin - Waukesha where she majored in business and minored in art. She has received numerous awards for her skills in jewelry design. Her gemological knowledge was gained through course work at the Gemological Institute of America. Christine is married with two sons, Alex & Max, step-daughter Chrissy and two grandsons, Mason and Brycen. She loves crafting, gardening, pastel drawing, boating and hiking. Her preferred vacation spot is Florida. She's passionate about this family business and works hard to insure that it thrives and succeeds. Her favorite gemstones are druzy, tourmaline and sapphire and her newest favorite designer is Meira T. When Christine is not busy designing jewelry, she's hanging out with her kids, playing with her dog Beemer, taking long walks and relaxing by a bonfire with friends. Becca Husar, CSA

Becca Husar has been with Lyle Husar Designs since 2011 and recently became the Husar Design Studio Manager. She proudly represents the third generation of the Husar family. Raised in Southeastern Wisconsin, she is a Graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater with a double major in Bachelor of Fine Arts and Communications. Becca's certified through the American Gem Society and is currently enrolled gemological studies at the Gemological Institute of America. She is a busy mother who loves landscaping, gardening, mixed media painting, reading, cooking, hiking and exploring new places. Her favorite gemstones are diamonds, emeralds and Paraiba tourmaline. Fernanda Feldman, AJP

Fernanda recently joined Lyle Husar Designs after having worked in the jewelry industry for 10 years. She was raised in Cancun, Mexico and lived in Florida, Illinois and Indiana until recently. She is both an Accredited Jewelry Professional (GIA) and Certified Sales Associate (AGS) plus one of the few on our team who's bilingual in Spanish. Fernanda is married and shares her new home with two pets, Cuppers, a Shiba Inu and Hercules, a Brussels Griffon. Her favorite place to get away is Hawaii, specifically Maui and Kauai. Her hobbies include acrylic painting, glass etching and shopping. Something that few people know about her is that she loves video games. She loved working for a family-owned business that's trustworthy and has a great bridal and fashion selection. Jennifer Tromp, CSA

Jennifer has worked at Lyle Husar Designs since 2004 and has been in the jewelry industry since 2000. She was raised in Milwaukee with a 4 year stint (high school) in Grafton, WI. She attended the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and also studied at MATC. She is certified by the American Gem Society and has completed many advanced gemological courses at both the Gemological Institute of America and Jewelers of America. Jennifer is married and has a four legged fur baby named Josey. Some of her favorite places to travel include Ireland and North Carolina where she has friends and family. Her hobbies include jewelry, decorating, reading and listening to/seeing live music. Something that few people know about her is that she is a very good cook and loves coming up with her own recipes. Kelly has worked at Lyle Husar Designs since 2011. She was born and raised in Wisconsin and attended school at the University of North Texas where she studied jewelry and metalsmithing. For Kelly, everyday is new and exciting. She's honored and happy to be part of such meaningful occasions. Her favorite gems are diamonds and her favorite designers are Hearts On Fire and Simon G. Kelly's hobbies include singing, creating and designing beaded wire work jewelry. Something most people don't know about her is that she is also a makeup artist. Lindsey has worked at Lyle Husar Designs since 2007. She was born and raised in Manitowoc, WI and earned a Bachelors degree at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. She is certified as an Accredited Jewelry Professional by the Gemological Institute of America and a Certified Sales Associate by the American Gem Society. She's married to a gourmet chef so it's no surprise that she's a bit of a foodie. Her favorite hobbies include shopping and traveling, with New York and any place tropical among her favorite destinations. She has two pets, a dog and cat. Something that most people don't know about her is that she grew up hunting and fishing with her father. Michelle started with Lyle Husar Designs in 2016. She has worked in the jewelry industry since 2006. She grew up in Menomonee Falls, WI and is a Graduate of Carroll College with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. She is an Accredited Jewelry Professional (GIA) and Diamond and Gemstone Certified (DCA). She loves going "up north" with her husband Casey, two daughters (8yrs & 5yrs) and dog Jack. Michelle's hobbies include drawing, sketching, reading, horseback riding and baking. One of her secrets that very few people know about her is that she is a huge sci-fi/fantasy geek. She was drawn to Lyle Husar Designs because of the family atmosphere. Her favorite gemstone is tanzanite because of the rich violet hue and her favorite designers are Tacori and Diama. What is a GIA Graduate Gemologist (GG)?
The prestigious GIA Graduate Gemologist diploma teaches jewelers the science and technical knowledge needed to deal with the entire spectrum of diamonds and colored stones. The distinguished GIA GG designation at the end of an individual's name is instantly recognized around the world as the mark of a senior professional in the jewelry industry.

What is an Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP)?
The GIA Accredited Jewelry Professional diploma is designed specifically for sales associates and provides them essential product knowledge they need to provide customers with accurate diamond information.


American Gem Society

Our titles and designations were developed to help you know the qualifications of someone who works in the jewelry industry. Our members must adhere to the American Gem Society’s code of ethics and are required to re-certify their title or designation each year.

What is a Registered Jeweler, RJ
This title lets you know that the jeweler you are working with truly understands jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones. To earn this title, the associate has completed required coursework and classroom study, along with written and practical exams in diamond grading.

What is a Certified Gemologist, CG
A Certified Gemologist has taken advanced studies in diamonds and colored gemstones. A CG also demonstrates mastery of diamond, gemstone, and precious metal testing procedures.

What is a Certified Gemologist Appraiser, CGA
This title is the most highly regarded among peers in the jewelry industry. Why? Because it certifies that the sales person can identify diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry and determine their value. This title requires advanced training and experience in determining the value of diamonds and gemstones.

What is a Certified Sales Associate, CSA
A salesperson with this designation behind his or her name has passed the Graduate Sales Associate course and The AGS Professional module. This assures you that the salesperson is knowledgeable about the diamonds and gemstones they are selling.

What is a Certfied Jewelry Arts Professional, CJAP
This designation is for those members who have completed studies in the art of jewelry repair and/or manufacturing.
